Setting up a small intranet forum?

I want to setup a forum for we system admins in Linux Team internally.
It could be in PHP or MySQL stuff or any Open Source.
Pls Suggest?

You should first setup a local webserver for that purpose and then put up either some Wiki software - it makes more sense for admins to have editable documentation available, because wading through endless forum topics can be terrifying.

Only upgrades are free for vBulletin, but the 4.0 Forum Classic costs almost 200 USD. For company use that might be an acceptable price tag.
