setting up a private network, using dnsmasq, I have small problem

DNSMASQ starts and operate like it should, but I'm setting up a samba network and trying to dnsdomianname, I thought I already had set it with the domain option but I get this error dnsdomainname: Uknown Host. Google'in the error doesn't give much....How do I setup dnsdomainname?

What is "dnsdomianname"? It doesn't appear to be a dnsmasq or Samba option.

here's the actual error

Code:
[lhorace@lutchy log]$ sudo service dnsmasq restart
[sudo] password for lhorace:
dnsdomainname: Unknown host
dnsdomainname: Unknown host
Shutting down dnsmasq: [ OK ]
dnsdomainname: Unknown host
Starting dnsmasq: [ OK ]
I feel I should fix that first before I start on samba, here's my dnsmasq.conf configuration

You should add the name of the computer on which dnsmasq is running to /etc/hosts.

You can see which name your computer is using by typing the command hostname.
