setting up a backup through remote access from LInux to windows


We just set up a connection remotely from Linux to Windows and from Windows to Linux. Now we are trying to figure out how to set up a backup for the directories and the web site we just set up. Help.

rsync might work if all you are looking to do is have a mirror of the files in another location.
