Setting the parallel port mode
 
The BIOS of my Compaq Contura is set to bi-directional upon booting. I need to set it to uni-directional mode before the drivers of my parallel network adapter will work.

Does somebody know how to change the parallel port mode?

(There is no way of changing it in the BIOS :mad: )
