setting squid proxy to authenticate thru windows AD using LDAP

Hi Gurus,

I am a newbie in linux and squid. I can't seem to have my squid authenticate thru LDAP. (Microsoft windows 2003 AD)

auth_param basic program /usr/lib/squid/squid_ldap_auth -v 3 -b ou="Users",ou=Users,dc=gateway,dc=net -D cn=administrator,ou="Users",ou=Users,dc=gateway,dc=net -w 1 -f sAMAccountName=%s -h

I have tried doing countless research but can't still cant get it to work..Let me know what I am missing and what other files to check..
