Setting default printer from command line
 
Does anybody know how to do this on Mandrake 9?

In Redhat you have to change the $PRINTER envirnment variable, but I cant find this in mandrake

any ideas?

try setting $PRINTER.

in redhat you actually set up printers with redhat-config-printer

or setup.
