set thunderbird as default in KDE 3.x

How do I set thunderbird as default mail client? I'm using KDE 3.x? I have tried going to control center, kde components, component chooser and checking where is says choose different mail client. Then putting in path to thunderbird. (/usr/lib/thinderbird.version/thunderbird) with no joy. I know I must be missing something simple. Any help appreciated.

I'm using fedora core 4. sig is not correct.

Try just putting the command "mozilla-thunderbird", without the quotes, in the line and see if that does the trick.

Thanks for reply. I tried you suggestion, still no joy. Any other ideas???

I found solutioin!!! After extensive Googleing, I discovered you must change the default mail client in Gnome for it to work like you want it to in KDE?????? Anywho it works now.
