Flash works fine on linux. I have no idea what the other two things are. You can find links to download and install the flash player plugin here :

winders programs

dreamweaver,fireworks and flash are web developement software from macromedia.com.. i use them on a windows box to build websites....
there might be some open source replacements for them like open office is like ms office.
