Unhappy set default font failed

What's the utf8 file
Recently when I boot my system ,I got this prompt
Set default font failed could not find the file utf8.
How can I get this file to solve the problem.
By the way , how can I browser the threads posted by me fastly, everytime I login , I waste a lot of time to find my threads .
