Ok...based on what you posted, what do you think we'll be able to tell you? Read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature.
The obvious thing would be to check the system logs and/or dmesg, to see what's going on. And if this WAS working and is not working now, the second obvious thing to ask is "What changed?", then look into that. And since Red Hat Enterprise 6 and FDR Upstream are
commercial, need-to-pay-for-them products, have you contacted either Red Hat or FDR/Innovation Data and used the support you're paying for?
