I'm using RHEL AS4 Update 4
server was working fine since a long time. Suddenly today, the server has been rebooting. I observe the below error. can any one guide as to what i need to do. or whats the error indicating Thanks kernel: pciehp: acpi_pciehprm:\_SB_.PCI0 evaluate _BBN fail=0x5 pciehp: acpi_pciehprm:get_device PCI ROOT HID fail=0x5 pciehp: acpi_pciehprm:\_SB_.PCI0 evaluate _BBN fail=0x5 pciehp: acpi_pciehprm:get_device PCI ROOT HID fail=0x5 |
appears to be issue caused by missing hardware driver
Appears to be a late response on your issue, can you please tell if you changed any CPU hardware component.
Also it will be great if you can provide with message log(dmesg) |
No changes in hardware or software done since a very long time.
currenlty i'm unable to add the logs will do it asap. the server comes up clean but shutdowns after some time. any help is really appreaciated |
Please find the dmesg logs below
