Hello everybody,

Here I have configured sendmail server with basic setup. My Public IP also registered even I have given reverse entry in domain control. My problem is if I sent mail from normal user prompt using command 'mail user1@gmail.com' all mails are going into spam. If I sent same mail using Outlook and Evolution then some mails are going into INBOX and some users mail are going into spam. Why this happens I didn't know ? If anyone knows this please help me. If I need to do extra configuration sendmail.mc ?

The problem is most likely not with your sendmail conf, but your IP's reputation. If someone sent spam from your IP before you got it or someone close to you (same subnet) is sending spam, you're out of luck. You MIGHT be able to improve deliverability by implementing DKIM, but no promises.
