Here it is, and my mail queue is where 22 messages are sitting:
After initiating send/receive in outlook 2013 on this one important email account it brings up the network password dialog box (prefilled) and I click OK. Then the following happens:
Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings. The server responded: -ERR Authentication failed.
Send test e-mail message: The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
