Sendmail access file in Solaris 10

My Sendmail 8.13 in Solaris 10 has been running for 3 years, which is used for blocking access from unnecessary host or from disallowed sender.

But it actually has a hole, any sender's email with unregistered sufix like '.xxx' will be allowed as default.

Is there a way to block all domains as default?

I have searched all treads about Sendmail on and got this link seems useful for me.

Please, if someone knows about such setting, just tell me whether I got the correct link and please also tell me how to use /etc/mail/relay-domains file which is mentioned under this link.

Thank you.
