Segmentation Fault Problem
After reboot i encountered SEGMENTATION FAULT error...
grep -q "Red Hat" /etc/.... I have read from this forum that one possible cause for this problem is the corrupted grep. As suggested, i have to reinstall grep from the rescue disk. But the problem is, i don't the rescue disk of my linux box. What will i do so that i can reinstall grep? I am using RH9 distro.... Can anyone please help me...? |

thanks for the immediate reply. anyway, i have figured it out, i have read from the other forums that it was probably caused by kernel error.
