That would depend on what caused the error!!!!

seriously, you need to provide more detail on what you are doing, what program or command were you running, etc.

To resolve segmentation fault errors you need to modify either the source code or replace any of the bogus shared libraries that cause the problem. Generally you will need a debugger or some analysis tool like valgrind to find out what happens.

attempting to access unavailable address

In my limited experience, a segmentation fault always represented an attempt to access data at an unavailable address, such as attempting to access data corresponding to an array index value outside the range of index values defined for the array when it was declared.
