First, get Mplayer and install it correctly. Search for that on google.
Next, go here

That should allow you to see most videos in your browser, but not all. Some of them use ActiveX and COM to load (mostly the streaming ones), and thus will not work. For those, use the Adblock extension (for firefox, not sure about mozilla), and you can just find the link to the video yourself.
