Hello and Welcome to LinuxQuestions,

Although LinuxQuestions is all about helping others with Linux problems and questions, it will be very hard for you to find anyone willing to do all the work for you. Besides that, this really sounds like homework. There are a lot of very good Sed tutorials on the web, so put in some work yourself. If you show us what you have come up with yourself and where you have doubts, then we'll be able to help you. You'll learn a lot more if you do it yourself instead of us.

Kind regards,

No thanks.

You're not supposed to ask for people to do your homework for you. Do it yourself! This tutorial will probably be useful to you.
