Ok, so then why didn't you go to the IBM website, look it up, and maybe (!?!?) click on the "Request a Trial" button, which would download it? And if you're already PAYING FOR it from IBM, why don't you call IBM support???

This is a commercial product...why are you coming to a volunteer forum for help with something you have to purchase and get support for WITH that purchase?
