second monitor

hi,
In my shop I use an old PC,a Pentium 233 with Mandrake 9.2 and a slideshow program. Now I want to add a second monitor (another 17'') located in the window shop.I try some different configurations in the XF86Config-4 file (and Xinerama option works well),but I need exactly a clone image in the second monitor,so I try with the Clone option, but it does'nt work.My second monitor is blue and it's a copy of the first one, but I can't see any application,there...while the first one displays the photos, the second one is only blu,sigh...
So,can you help me ?
Tank you for courtesy and excuse me for my bad English.
Here you can see my XF86Config-4...the last one.

what do you mean by it being blue? if you mean that in the rectangle where the photo is on the first screen there is a medium blue box on the other screen then this is most likely because the application you are using to display the photo's is using an xvideo layer output method. here the rectangle genuinuely IS blue in "real life" but under the covers the software passes the image itself directly to the graphics card along with the relevant details to fit it over the blue square. as this is a low level operation, you can't clone it. you need an output that actually renders via X itself. this may well be an option within your app, whatever it is, possibly called "X11" output or similar

tank you Chris...
mmm,my first monitor runs well,1024x768...and I can see good photos, but in the second monitor I can see only the desktop of Mandrake. (Why ?)
I think that in the clone mode the output of the second monitor must to be the same of the first one...or not ?
so,why the FLPhoto (the viewer that I use for photos) is not displayed in the second display...?

ok,Chris,tank you again
may be,but I don't know...
What can I do with my old PC and my second monitor?
It's correct the way to clone my first monitor on the second ?
or I must to change the hardware? (a dual head graphic card and related software)...

I think that you write to me that I must to look for something (about X11 options) inside my application.I will do it tomorrow.I hope that's the right way.

I know that it's possible to clone the first monitor using a dual head card and the appropriate driver with the twinview option for example and with my little experience I think that one of my cards (or her driver)don't support this option or (your opinion) I will have to write or change some more...
