Sorry. My question is,
I will be searching for a command by keep on pressing Ctrl+R, and i see that command, and miss that by pressing
Ctrl+R one more time, and go one step back to another command, containing the same words.
Now i want to come one step forward. How can i do that?

No. Ctrl+S doesnot work for me. I am using Konsole, on ubuntu and if I press Ctrl + S, I will get a message, which reads,
"Output has been suspended by pressing Ctr+S. Press Ctrl+Q to resume".
Any other command?

Use help bind to find out how to map something else to the forward-search-history function.
