scroll mouse question

I have a PS/2 wheel mouse. I added the line: Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5" to my XF86Config file. Now the wheel scrolls but it scrolls an entire screen at a time. Is there a way to reduce this to scroll just a few lines with each turn?

Depends on what desktop you're running too...
Lok at the advanced part on the PHERIPERAL menu... (under mouse)
Or try to boot with a live-Knoppix-cd and check the xf86config file you get from that one if it's working..
