Why do i need ? mention the use if any

what do you mean? The actual *take a screenshot* thingy?

its usefull to display nice setups, prove that you can hack wine well enough to run steam on linux, problems (not with the X server), make images (for essays, presentations, etc) using web based apps.

You can also use it to monitor your monitor

make and chron a shell script to mail you a screenshot of your pc every 10 mins to see if your employes are browsing suicidegirls.com (a nice site btw :P)

its also useful in showing what you have done to the looks of linux , and teasing your windows friends (or showing them how nice linux looks like)

while making a project report u can put some screen shots of how ur project works

this will gibe a good feel of your project

You can use a screenshot to show someone who you introduced to Linux how to do something you know how to do.

Or you can help people at forums do stuff that you know how to do.

Screenshots (aka screenies) are very helpful in our daily life.
