When i open Screensaver as a root user it says-

"The XScreenSaver daemon doesn't seem to be running on display "0:0" Launch it now?"

warning message is shown. I am trying to off screen saver. How can i off screen saver as a root user.

You should not have to be root to disable the screensaver. What distro are you using? Turning off the screensaver is avaulable from the user preferences in every distro I have tried.
In Ubuntu, for example, go to system > preferences > screensaver, and you can turn it off or change it or what ever you want.
If you are running all the time as a root user, this is a big no-no and security risk. Always run as a regular user.
