You can't erase your operating system with taking out the CMOS battery. You have to correct the boot order in your BIOS.

how do i do that

Go into your BIOS and search for the page containing the boot order. Now set it up in a way that your system will boot again, most likely your first harddisk should be at first.

ithink i dont have a hard disk my system has 1024mb memory and 8gb video memory no hard disk im lost

Your system must have some kind of mass storage device, either a harddisk, a SSD or something similar, may be a SD-card. You will see those options in your boot settings in the BIOS.
By the way, 8GB of video RAM would be really uncommon, even high end videocards nowadays have a maximum of 4GB, it is more likely that you have a 8GB SSD in your netbook.

EDIT: Just looked it up, according to Wikipedia the ZG5 was shipped with either a 8 or 16GB SSD or a harddisk with 120 or 160GB.

bigheroman, by saying "ZG5", do you mean the netbook "Acer Aspire One ZG5"?
