Screen Resolution

Hi, I just installed MEPIS and I can't seem to get my screen resolution to change. It's stuck at 640*480. I've been trying all night. I'm new to LINUX so please forgive me. I have read about the XF86Config-4 file and have tried serveral different things (deleted 640*480 from file, changed HorizSync, etc.) which didn't do anything...

Here's my file
