Screen gets blurry after a while...

I have a ti4200 NVIDIA video card and a CRT monitor. i have the newest nvidia drivers installed (i changed xf86config too) and i have the 1000 x 700 (not sure what the correct res is but it starts with those) at 75 hz. In deb config it is set for crt when I installed using sarge installer.

After I boot up linux it is very clear and looks good. Over time it starts to get blurry and hard to read the text. Is there a way to prevent this?

How about having an eye check?

Did you check your eyes? . May be you need to give them some rest...

Sorry, I couldn't resist asking this question. I accept any harsh replies that might follow.
