Scheduler available on Linux?

I am proposing moving from the mainframe to Linux. Problem is that I am not aware of a scheduling product that is available to handle the production code. Currently using CA7. Is there anything out there that accomplishes the same thing? As you can tell, I am NEW to Linux! Thank you.

Have you checked CA's site?? From an older document found on there, CA7 was supported under SuSE and RedHat linux already. The document dates from 2007, but I doubt they would have had support, then dropped it. Not seeing results for CA7 on their site now, though, but they could have renamed the product.

And you may want to have a more clear idea on what the migration is going to entail, and the differences between mainframe OS and Linux.
