Scanning drive for songs in XMMS

I have an entire drive full of songs. I know about the playlist creating option in XMMS. The problem is you will have to choose each folder and then choose the option "Add all songs in directory". I have hundreds of folders so I want to know if there is a method to add all songs in a drive instead of going individually and choosing each subfolder to adding it to the playlist.

Thanks in advance.

Hmmm ... it takes me 1 click,a three-key combo and another click
(on the OK button)to select all directories on my hdd ... how is
that too hard? :}

In XMMS, go +DIR
In the directory selection dialog click on the top-directory
Press and hold Ctrl+Shift and press END.
Click OK
