sbin/setup not found after installation

hi guys,
i installed slackware linux on my box,just normal setup, upgraded to kernel 2.6.13, got wireless using madwifi, thats it. and now i cant find the setup script! i dont need it urgently, as it can be done manual,but dont you think it is weird?
any help is appreciated..

The setup script is only used in the installation and resides on the installation CD. It's the way it's meant to be if it's not found.

In slackware you do all the work manually, no hand holding here.

Welcome to LinuxQuestions though

I'd say you have great distro in your hands if your interrested on learning to use linux. I think Slack is the best distro for the job, though I can't get mine to boot at the moment...

You can however run some of the installation scripts again using pkgtool (there is an option in pkgtool's main menu saying "Select installation scripts to run again" or something like that).
