/sbin/ldconfig
Hi.... I have noticed that the most of the distros at boot time execute the /sbin/ldconfig...
What this commands provide? I think that has something to do with libraries... If we have a system that does not change its software , is it necessary to run ldconfig every time at boot time? Thx |
basically it just checks to make sure library links are all ok and in the right place with the right headers...basically.
