Saving in Nano.

I have have put a large amount of text in terminal using nano but I am not to sure how to save it. What I have done is Ctrl-O following instructions on how to save in nano and I get File name to write: /etc/init.d/nginx and a space next to it that I could put something in, maybe YES I don't know. Could anyone please tell me what I should put in to save as I would hate to lose it as it took some time to do.
I am using ubuntu 8.10.

You just need to hit "Enter" to save the file. If you want to use a different filename, then get rid of the text that's there and enter the filename you want.

Ctrl+x should prompt you if you would like to save it , press Y and then modify/enter filename and press enter.

ex-para,

I understand the joy that a problem was solved through the two helps, allow me then to guide you this: You can press-Click that blue Thumbs Up button at the right of their signatures for "Nylex" and ~ShyLoCK~ and that's the only priestly tithes due them in the church of The Linux Questions. ha ha ha.
We are all but frogs here in the newbies water, yet frogs could be thirsty too.

I was benefited of their two short posts and I have clicked them for my tithes.
