Exclamation Sata Hard drive installation problem with RHEL4

Installing of RHEL4 on Sata HDD is still big problem to me. Is there any common solution to install Stat HDD on RHEL4 or any common driver? If possible pls help me.

RHEL4 predates a lot of the sata controllers. You will have better luck using the newer version (5.1 is current). Centos is RHEL with the logos removed(runs RHEL binaries). It is available for free download.

Could you please be some more clear on this, how to load these sata controllers

The sata controller is a hardware chipset on your motherboard. The current version of RHEL/Centos is now 5.2.
