Question sarg not working


i am running squid 2.6 stable12 with fedora 6, i have configured user authentication for some of the nodes and others have no authentication (ncsa_auth). then i have installed a sarg but its not generating reports. can i get reports for authenticate users and non authenticate users separatly, or borth at once, now i cant even process the request
command sarg -d dd/mm/yyyy-dd/mm/yyyy is not generating reports. itll go to 100% and wait.

please help me
