samba through a router

here's the situation.. i've got a router that connects to my Linux box and then i have my WinXP computer coming off of that with ip_forwarding and now samba going too.. winxp finds linux just fine, but i'm trying to get it so the guys attached to the router can also see my files on linux..

does having the router there make things difficult? here's the 'HowTo' i used to setup samba for 2 computers at least: link

Windows Networking Name Service, and therefore Samba, rely on UDP broadcasts to discover each other. Your router will block UDP broadcasts as by default it behaves as a broadcast boundary. You need to configure something that on a router is called UDP helper or IP helper. This tells the router that when you receive a UDP broadcast, send it to a specific IP address. The router will then forward the broadcast as if it were a unicast packet.

I can't tell you how to configure a helper under Liunx but I'm sure someone around here can.
