Samba, share Windows folder with Linux

Hello everyone!

I have set up a Samba share on my Linux box and have managed to create a share file that Windows can access using Samba, I am however struggling to share a Windows created file with Samba so I can access it from the Linux box. No guide has really helped me so far. Thanks in advance for any help.:)

When a Windows user creates a file on a Samba share, "ownership and permissions" comes into play just as it does when Windows is hosting the file-server. (The Windows permissions-model is necessarily mapped to Linux parlance, and presented to the Windows side in a Windows-speak way, as is always the case.)
