Samba/Networking Problem User?

Im presently at work so this is off my memory of what occured lat night. I wil give more details when i get home.
Im running Mandrake 9.0, and have installed samba and in the process of setting it up. But for some reason I cannot access the area where you set up the user accounts, I can get into the control center and then access the system(I think thats what it was called) But when I click on User (the area wher ein the past I have created Users.) I get a message regarding 2x file names and something to do with that eithe rone or both are created.
I know it isnt alot of info and I will get more when I get home but if anyone knows what this is and how to change it , it would be much appreciated.
