Samba networking issues.

I'm accessing a windows network via Samba and I can access a few different servers on it, but when going deeper into folders it doesn't always work correctly.

smb://srv4/ works
smb://srv4/monkey/ works
smb://srv4/public/ goes to the public folder, but doesn't display any files

Any ideas?

I am having the same problem. I am able to access my linux box from my windows machine. However, when I try to access my windows boxes from linux, I'm unable to view any of the shares.
