JohnD LQ Newbie Registered: Feb 2005 Posts: 1 Rep:	running Xterm Hi guys, I was making locale settings on my box (running Slackware, Czech locale-il2) and I am a little confused. I succesfuly localized system, but when I launch xterm from KDE menu and midnight commander inside, menus are messed. When I launch xterm from gnome-terminal (or konsole) and then midnight commander, everything fine. What is difference in launching app from KDE menu and launching from terminal emulation??? Does this app use another locale settings or what?
