Running Linux through windows locally?

This is most likely a stupid question, but none the less I'd like to ask it.

Right now I have windows XP and RedHat 9.x both installed on different partitions on my computer. Is it possible to run RedHat in a sort of window throught Windows XP?

vmware is a popular solution (yet it is non-free). I'm not sure their website without googleing it, so I will let you do that.

Also, a new solution on the market (although probably a bit early in development) is colinux . Their site is www.colinux.org

Enjoy.

Thanks! CoLinux looks good and promising. I was looking at Lindows, but then I learnt you had to pay for that.
