running kde apps in fluxbox

Hi!
I'm using fluxbox and I was trying to install an image viewer(kuickshow, gwenview). The problem is that I removed kde from my computer a couple of weeks ago. So, when I run ./configure I get this:
Code:
checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!
What "parts" of kde do I need to reinstall in order to be able to install apps that were created for kde?
Can you point me toward an image viewer that does not need kde(nor gnome) ?

Thanks

Yof should have at least Gtk or Qt which are the toolkits used in Gnome resp. Kde. Almost every new app depends on either of those. It's also good to install all the libraries for Gnome and Kde if your'e not to short of space.

If you want an image viewer that doesn't use Gnome nor Kde, Xv or ImageMagick will do, both are included in slackware 9.1. iiview is nice with it's thumbnail view.

Thanks! I installed iiview and it works fine.

I have Qt installed:
Code:
checking for Qt... libraries /usr/lib/qt-3.2.1/lib, headers /usr/lib/qt-3.2.1/include using -mt
should I install kdelibs too?
