Run script at startup? HOW?

i neet to run this script /tbx/atker/./magnit

You path doesn't look right, but put it in /etc/rc.local

What distro are you using?

It looks like you are inserting a few slashes. Please post more information on what this script is for and it's source. Look and see if the script exists and where exactly it is. Having a /tbx directory on the root directory doesn't look right.

Also, put your disto and distro version in your user profile so we can see right away which distro you are running and don't have to ask.
