Run a script at boot, RH 7.2

All I want to do is run a script I wrote at boot time, tried following someone's post at another forum and it was pretty vague.

Thanks in advance.

stick it at the end of the /etc/rc.d/rc.local file
that script is ran just before the login terminal pops up.
