Rtirq script install locations??

i downladed this script that works with the rt kernel patch...

.3 files in folder.Im not sure exactly where each file goes..

strat@frostbite:~/rtirq-20090131$ ls
LICENSE rtirq.conf rtirq.spec
Im sure the goes into /etc/init.d..but not sure where the others go..Im a guessing rtirq.conf goes in /etc/..that leaves rtirq.spec....
