Question rsync giving rsync: fatal: open failed: error

Hi All ,

when I am trying to sync two directory remotly I am getting error " rsync: fatal: open failed: No such file or directory"

I am using below command to sync the data

/PATH/TO/RSYNC/rsync-3.1.0/rsync -av --rsh=ssh --rsync-path=/PATH/TO/RSYNC/rsync-3.1.0/rsync /PART/TO/src/dir1/confg/ ABC@X.XXX.XX.XX:/path/to/dest/dir1/confg/

Localy I am able to do the transfer between two directory.

I had also checked ldd and everything looks fine there as well.

I had set .profile for user ABS as well where I set LD_PATH_LIBRARY to /usr/local/bin

Let me know if there is any help or way you guys can provide.

What about rsync on the "" server?

The error message could occur from either client or server, but it sounds like you have eliminated the client.
