RPMs

I just discovered how to install rpm packages, but I don't know where the rpm -i command installs them...

Could someone tell me, please?

Thanx.

it just installs all the packages into the system tree in all the usual places. read teh RPM howto for details on how they work, but generally, the executables go into a /bin directory somewhere, the man pages in the /man dir....

rpm -ql packagename lists all the files installed by a package (I think, check "man rpm" to make sure)
