rpm changes are not updating immediately and updating after some time.

I am using CentOS.
I am using Desktop machine and a build machine. I build a test.rpm and tried to install the test.rpm in my machine. It got installed successfully. test.rpm is for authentication purpose. But user is not getting authenticated. Without making any changes after some hours test.rpm works.

I thought it was timestamp issue because of different timestamp in Desktop and build server.

So i changed the timestamp in Desktop with older date(10 May) and server remains the same (13 May). It doesn't works. I am sure that test.rpm and authentication module didn't contain any error because the change is minor.
Could anybody help me in this.....

Thanks
Shriram.
