rpm and tarballs
every time I try to install a tar ball or a rpm i get this message and was wondering if some one knows of how I could fix this problem.
rpmdb: Item 79, page 404 has bad type
error: db4 error (-30979) from db->verify: DB_
VERIFY_BAD: Database verification failed
while executing
"close $io"
any help would be greatly aprreciated. Thanks.
