Rpm
 

I downloaded two RPM files. I used RPM Manager in Mandrake to open them. THe RPM Manager says that it successfully installed them - but I can't find them! Where should I look?

Got to be specific...:D What r the rpms

Usually they r downloaded into ur home directory....I have Mandrake 8.0...thats where mine r downloaded to:)

To find where they installed to? you could try typing whereis filename at the promt.. it should give ya something like :

[Jeremy@c1728654-b Jeremy]$ whereis netscape
netscape: /usr/bin/netscape /usr/lib/netscape /usr/local/netscape
[Jeremy@c1728654-b Jeremy]$
