Question Route add in Linux 8.0

Dear sir,
I am going to add a static route in Red hat llinux 8.0
I have a netwok of and another at diff place
I hae to make the Every Macine on Network with gateway as linux machine and it has also got Internet connectivity with firewall and the two networks are conneted by a leased line and cisco routers 1721
So I should get access from network to both internet and the netwok.
What should i do ?

[root@mail root]# route -v
Kernel IP routing table
Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface spc1-leed1-3-0- UG 0 0 0 eth0 * U 0 0 0 eth0 * U 0 0 0 lo
default spc1-leed1-3-0- UG 0 0 0 eth0

What i forgot was i have attached the routes shown on my server as below.
